Sunshine Medical Care is pleased to introduce to our patients “CallingDr Telemedicine” to help ensure the safety of our patients and our staff during this time of the COVID-19 epidemic.
CallingDr is a telemedicine platform that helps you connect with your doctor from anywhere. You can use CallingDr to see your doctor face to face for most of your non-emergent medical needs.
- To see the doctor on CallingDr Telemedicine Platform you need to have a user name and password provided by your doctor to create an account or you have created an account for yourself using an invitation code given by your doctor.
- In case you didn’t have your login details or an invitation code from your doctor, you have to obtain either of them before you proceed.
Create a new CallingDr account:
If you are using Computer to sign up:
- Go to: https://cloud.callingdr.com
- Click on ‘I’m Patient’ Button (Patient Cloud Button)
- Click on the sign-up link on the login screen to create your account OR login using the user name and password provided by your doctor if an account has already been created for you.
If you are using Mobile Device to sign up:
- Download CallingDr Patient App on your mobile device from Appstore or Playstore. Select the download link for iOS or Android device

- After installing the App, launch CallingDr Patient App on your mobile device.
- Tap on “create a new account” to create your account OR login using the user name and password provided by your doctor if an account has already been created for you.
Here is your Sunshine Medical Care Login Information if the Clinic has already created the account for you:
To make the process easier for you, Sunshine Medical Care may create an account for you and provide you with a username and password.
- User Name: Your email address
- Password: Sunshine20*
- You can change your password after you login.
Login to CallingDr Telemedicine to see your doctor or request an appointment:
If you are using Computer:
- Go to: https://cloud.callingdr.com
- Click on ‘I’m Patient’ Button (Patient Cloud Button)
- Login using your username and password
- Click on Request an appointment
- Select the doctor clinic and the doctor you want to make an appointment with
- Choose your preferred time for an appointment
If you are using Mobile Device:
- Launch CallingDr Patient App
- Login using your username and password
- Tap on Request appointment button
- Select the doctor clinic and the doctor you want to make an appointment with
- Choose your preferred time for an appointment
